There is evidence of psychopathological comorbidities in patients with FM such as depression, anxiety and stress. Limited psychological flexibility can lead to a lower tolerance to pain. Knowing that the grieving process we are going through is normal and that it happens to most people who suffer this type of loss is therapeutic in itself. It includes confidence in our abilities, acceptance of our limitations, and a general sense of personal worth.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">In a society like today's with the influence of social media, the continued display of perfection, along with the canons of beauty...and the need for approval from others.<\/p><p>It is difficult to have healthy self-esteem, but improving self-esteem implies taking action.
